I have fleshed out the likely succession which was too vague, however I can't complete it fully atm. I believe that only one (of the two) daughters of Lady Mary Pelham has children. However I don't know the sex of those children.

If she (daughter of Lady Mary Pelham) has a son(s) and her sister has no children the abeyance will terminate with the sisters' deaths. If she has only daughters or both sisters have daughters the abeyance will likely hit the 100 year ruling from the HofL Privileges Cmtee and likely remain permanent. If both sisters have son(s) the abeyance might terminate at some future date though the 100 year rule makes this difficult. If all heirs from both the daughters of the 5th Earl of yarborough die out the abeyance will automatically terminate in favour of the 8th Earl of Yarborough.

I'm loath to include all this as it risks really confusing most people but if someone feels it appropriate please amend as you think best. Alci12 19:29, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
