Barspin
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Barspin is a bike trick typically performed on a BMX, in which the handlebars of the bike performs a complete rotation around (bars and forks). The frame remains stationary throughout the move. The same trick may also be performed on a kick scooter.
To do the trick there are a few main methods, these both include throwing the bars around using your arms in a gyrating motion whilst pinching the seat with your knees, but some riders have slammed seats so they dont pinch it with their knees. One way to do this is to stand on the peggs and have one hand on the bars and the other on the seat shift your weight back and spin the bars while holding the front of the bike up with your weight and hand on the seat don't try to do doubbles unless you are confident.
