The Barrister's Ball is an annual event held at most law schools in the United States. There are two different types of "Barrister's Balls".

Each February, the Student Bar Association of Michigan State University[2] hosts its Annual Barrister's Ball as a charity event. Students, Faculty, Administrators, and Community Members gather in an effort to raise funds for the local division of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). As a charity event, the program not only provides a welcomed relief from studying for weary law students, but also raises awareness and money for a deserving organization such as CASA.
