Coordinates: 18°45′18″S, 40°53′27″W Barra de São Francisco is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. Its population was 38,762 (2005) and its area is 934 km²[1].

The residents are about 40% Italian Brazilians descendants, Good and friendlly people, 4 great country clubs, beautiful old fashion Catholic Church in the middle of the town. Very trendy and fashion people.

Barra de Sao Francisco is about 250 kilometros from the state capital, Vitoria and it boards with Minas Gerais State. There are Granite everywhere, Some people even put granite on their sidewalks. Beatiful granite buildings, way too fancy for a small town. The city is the home of brave man, man who risked their lives to protect their town; Outsiders, who wants to start trouble, have no place in this town. Great men once lived there like, Odilon Ferreira Campos, Martinelli, Brasilino, Cabo Saulo, Gentil, Antonio Valle and many others. A must see town.
