Baron Glendyne
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Baron Glendyne, of Sanquhar in the County of Dumfries, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1922 for the businessman Robert Nivison. He was a senior partner in the firm of R. Nivison and Co, stockbrokers. Nivison had already been created a Baronet in 1914. As of 2007 the titles are held by his grandson, the third Baron, who succeeded his father in 1967. Like his father and grandfather he has also been a senior partner in R. Nivison & Co.
