Barbara Krug (born 6 May 1956) is a German athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.
She competed for East Germany in the 1980 Summer Olympics held in Moscow, Russia in the 4 x 400 metres where she won the silver medal with her team mates Gabriele Löwe, Christina Brehmer and Olympic 400 metre champion Marita Koch.
