Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein is an American psychologist, author and broadcaster in Long Branch, New Jersey.

She is the originator of concept of "The Enchanted Self". She has been licensed as a psychologist in the states of New Jersey and Massachusetts since 1981. Dr. Barbara appears regularly on radio and television. She also teaches about the concept of enchantment and is in private practice in Long Branch, New Jersey with her husband, Dr. Russell M. Holstein.
