Baptist Union of Papua New Guinea

The Baptist Union of Papua New Guinea is a fellowship of Baptists in New Guinea.

The Baptist Union is a member of the Baptist World Alliance. Structurally, it is divided into three unions under the main body. In the area of strength of the Baptist Union - three districts in Papua New Guinea - eighty percent of the population are Baptists.[1] In 1998, there were 360 congregations in the Union, with over 35,000 members.[2]
