[edit] Bangor Lakes
Looking over the edit history of this page, I'm guessing (and hoping) this "Bangor Lakes" stuff is a joke. One of my reasons is that we don't have lakes here. Quolnok 15:51, 4 March 2006 (UTC)
- Infact, I think I'll go ahead and remove it. the only reference to Bangor Lakes on the net is this and a few about foriegn Bangors. Quolnok 06:49, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Right, so it's back, I have now emailed the council. I don't know if you live in Bangor (whoever keeps puting that there) but I do, there has not been anything I (nor family) have seen in local newspapers or junk-mail. Could you provide evidence? Quolnok 12:27, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
- The Sutherland Shire Council has replied, part of the email stated "Council has no intention of changing the name of the suburb Bangor." Therefore any further additions of "Bangor Lakes" to this page should be removed straight away unless proof is provided. Quolnok 00:34, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
