Banksia 'Celia Rosser', also known by its extended cultivar name Banksia canei 'Celia Rosser', is a registered Banksia cultivar. It arose as a chance seedling from a seed extracted from a Banksia canei (Mountain Banksia) cone collected by Alf Salkin at Wulgulmerang, Victoria, the species' type locality. It was registered as a cultivar on 29 March 1978, and named in honour of the botanical illustrator Celia Rosser.
Whereas Banksia canei grows as a shrub up to two metres high, Banksia 'Celia Rosser' had a prostrate form. It also had very deeply lobed leaves compared to its parent species.
Unfortunately, there have been no known extant plants of this cultivar for the past 15 years.
