Bank of Scotland International

Bank of Scotland International is the international banking division of HBOS ("Halifax Bank of Scotland"). It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Halifax plc and is headquartered in Jersey. It also has operations in the Isle of Man and Hong Kong. [1].
The Bank offers offshore banking facilties to customers, with accounts available in Pound sterling as well as US dollars and Euros.
The Bank was formed shortly after the merger of Bank of Scotland and Halifax to form HBOS, and the two bank's international arms were merged. Bank of Scotland Offshore Limited, based in the Isle of Man was merged with Halifax International Limited based in Jersey.
