Banharn Silpa-Archa (Thai: บรรหาร ศิลปอาชา, born 19 August 1932 in Suphanburi Province) was the 21st Prime Minister of Thailand, from 13 July 1995 till 1 December 1996. He is a Thai Chinese which Archa is the translation of Chinese surname Ma (馬).
