Bandar sunway semenyih is new township. Located new to SILK Highway.

Currently there are about 1,000 families stay in this township.

The phase are

 - Banglow lot 
 - Terrace house
 - super link house
 - Apartment

The Developer is Sunway Semenyih Sdn Bhd.

This new township is fully-guard 24 house. But the developer only provide free guarding for the first 12 months or maximum 18 months. After this period, the resident association of each phase have to employ their own security personnel from security companies. (This mention being explain by the Sunway's marketing executive. It should be mention to the buyer)

The beauty of this developer is that the resident can discuss with the developer using the Resident Association. Here, the channel of communication is right and clear. Here, the buyer can be proud that the developer is right by introduction this resident association concept.

Unlike other developer, these housing area faces with lots of problem

1) The fencing is not being built by the developer for the phase 2B and 2C as promise by the developer through their promotion program. The GM of Sunway Semenyih mentions that Sunway bulit the fence and invest more than that to ensure the resident safety. However, the truth is the fencing is being built by the factories!!!!. So if the developer has the budget for the fence, where did the money goes to????

2) The residents faces with many problem including

   - near to illegal factories (IB sofa Sdn Bhd, Everise Stellar Sdn Bhd and Pau Tatt Water Pipe Sdn Bhd. For your information Pau Tatt tried to build illegal wall by cutting the resident fencing - anyone can come a take a picture of illegal wall built by the illegal factories. The resident complains, but the senior staff never care to fight for the resident side)

3) The ISO for Sunway is for customer service. However, the service is very poor and if the residents complain, it might takes 2 month or more than that to settle.

4) The new to TNB antena. (If you want to buy the house, looks towrad the sky to ensure it is not under the TNB wayar.

These are the facts about this new township. Also shown in TV3 Buletin Utama.

The real problem at Bandar Sunway Semenyih is NOT about the company but the real issue is the attitude of the Sunway Semenyih's staff, mainly the General Manager, Project Manage and the Indian Customer Service. If the attitude of new GM or Project Manager is right, then the problem can slove immediately.
