- Because it does not cite it's sources, doesn't add anything already in Wikipedia, the site is non-notable i.e. it hasn't been cited as an authority by other reliable sources and it's authors are completely unknown. In fact if I google for earlyhistory googlepages com I get nothing. Please read WP:WEB (under criteria), WP:RS (e.g. Non-scholarly sources) and WP:NOTABLE and ideally please solve this one link first before you start posting to all the other entries you've been trying to make. Is it me or does anyone else find the round baler annoying and distracting. I don't want to move it because it is related to the article, but its jumpy and gives me a headache when trying to read the article, anyone else have simmilar problems?
- Somebody might want to film a rould baler with a steadycam and eventually a longer sequence, like 15-20 secs before repeating. Alternatively a still picture and pic-text linkint to a page / article with the baler in action.
- Unfortunately there are not that many balers in Copenhagen, and I'm not planning on going to my parents country-side house again the next 4-5 months. Besides I don't have a videocam :-( G®iffen 12:08, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Baling history/usage in another article?
Should baling history and methods perhaps go under another topic heading?
There are a number of existing related topics, where it could fit, such as hay and straw.
I could make a new "baling" article but as the bale disambiguation page shows, many other materials are also baled so there would need to be a way to distinguish this farm-baling topic from other types of baling.
