Ballyronan (Irish: Baile Rónáin, meaning "Place of Rónán") is a village in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland on the shore of Lough Neagh, about 12 miles from Cookstown.
Ballyronan is well known locally for its marina. The tourist facilities at the Marina previously included 2 Slipways, a safe harbour with 72 berths, boat park, picnic areas, play park and a set of public toilets. This is the only facilities which were included in the Marina until the late 1990's. The year 2000 saw the creation of a community centre based in the Marina. The community centre is named, The Marina Centre. The Community Centre is run both by, The Cookstown District Council with The local Traad, Ballinderry and Ballyronan Development Association. The Community centre, which includes a function hall, offices, café, retail/work units, chinese restaurant and public toilets. There is also a Woodland Nature Trail 'Ballyronan Wood', which through specific pathways, view points and information signage, highlights the natural beauty of the area. A new Play Park was also created alongside the Community centre.

Since 2000, Ballyronan had a number of housing developments have been built. The housing developments which have been built are as follows:
