Ballyhaise (Irish: Béal Átha hÉis) is a village in County Cavan, Ireland. It is situated some 7 km (4.5 miles) north-northeast of Cavan Town.

Ballyhaise House was built for the Newburghs, a local landowning family, in the 1730s. Its architect was Richard Cassells, a German living in Dublin, who designed many of the capital's finest buildings and squares, including St Stephen's Green, as well as Leinster House, the seat of Ireland's Parliament. Ballyhaise House has been used as an agricultural college since the beginning of the 20th century. The bridge near the house is reputed to be nearly 300 years old.
