Balducci's is a specialty food company that operates grocery stores and restaurants in the Eastern United States. The company is based in Bethesda, Maryland, and operates stores in Connecticut, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Balducci's merged with Hay Day Country Farm Market and Sutton Place Gourmet in 1999.

The original Balducci's grocery store opened in 1946 in the Greenwich Village neighborhood in Manhattan. The store closed in 2003.
