Bajranglal Takhar

Bajrang Lal Takhar (born 5 January 1981) is an Indian rower who won the first individual rowing silver medal for India at the 2006 Asian Games held in Doha.
Bajrang Lal was born in a small village named Balu Baba Ki Dhani in Sikar district of Rajasthan. His father's name is shri Dula Ram Takhar, a Hindu Jat of Takhar clan. Bajrang Lal Takhar, an army man from Sikar had also won two gold medals in the single and double skull races in South Asian Games 2006.
