Baikoff is an old Russian family known since 1304 when first mentioned in written document, scroll of Kind David where Semyon Baikoff had been referred to as a close friend of Prince Rurik.

In modern times there are some famous people with this name such as brothers Evgeni and Pavel Baikoff known for the founding of Photography and Video production company Europerfection Studios
