Baijnath is a small Indian town on the banks of the Gomti River in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand.

The main attraction of Baijnath is an ancient temple of Shiva. Neighbouring towns are Garur, Bageshwar, and Kausani.

"Bajnath" is also the name of a temple in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. It is roughly fourteen kilometres from the town of Palampur.
