- Yes, it is correct for "turron" but exist a lot of recipes for the turron of Bagnara. You have correctly translated the "pescespada" terms, it is the shordfish. I also added a word (terrazzamenti) which doesn't exist in English. It is a word in Italian. I don't know if exist an English version. I put into brakets the meaning of such a technique. It is a way of build huge stairs made with little wall of stones and then covered with humus. By doing this it is possible to cultivate something also in the flanks of a mountain or hill.
