Perhaps there should be the addition of the word "occasionally" between "who" and "loads". Seriously, though, baggage handlers are a common cause of flight delays and some mention should be made of their propensity to industrial action

Unit Load Device.

While mainly used to describe the containers that cargo or luggage reside in during flight, a ULD is any device that is used to contain freight on a plane, i.e a pallet is a ULD.Mur38 06:00, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
