Chulo-Hou (Chur-Baga, Muho-Khan, Baga-Qaghan) The brother of Ishbara, son of Kelo-Qaghan, grandson of Tumen Il-Qaghan. The sixth Qaghan of the Göktürk empire. He held the title of qaghan for a year before he was assassinated by agents of shang sun-chen, a Chinese spy for the Sui Emperor. He was said to have been very witty and intelligent.
