Bag of Oats is an EP by the Australian folk punk band Mutiny.

This EP was a minor breakthrough for the band. The song Struggletown could well be in reference to the book of the same title Struggletown: Public and Private Life in Richmond, 1900-1965 by Janet McCalman. Police Strike Riot is a reference to the 1923 Victorian Police strike, although the song claims it to have happened in 1929.
