Thanks for uploading Image:P1010464-1.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Hi Joby. Nice to hear about your whereabouts. Your images are better added to commons.wikimedia.org than on wikipedia. That way they can be used across languages. The blue banded bee is probably not a stingless bee (Meliponines), I hope to have a confirmation from Doug Yanega and then it should move to the right place. I used to think it was a Megachilidae but going by the description on that page I have second thoughts. Shyamal 03:54, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
