[edit] Fair use problem with :{}

I notice you uploaded the image :{} with the {} fair use image tag. However, it appears that this tag is totally unrelated to the content of the image, and as a result it may qualify for speedy deletion. :{} has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.

If you can find a valid tag that expresses why :{} can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the {} tag that you have placed on it with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the article name that the image is used in tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the image. If the image has been deleted, you can reupload it but please ensure you place the correct tag on it. However, you must not remove the speedy deletion notice. Thank you, and please feel free to continue contributing to Wikipedia.

Template usage notes
 • Most test(n) templates take a single optional parameter: the name of the page to which the template applies. If provided, this page will be cited in the warning.
 • test5 optionally takes two parameters:
 1. The first is the duration of the block (with "temporarily blocked" as the default if a specific period is not provided).
 2. The second is the name of the page to which the template applies. If provided, this page will be cited in the warning.
 • Please refer to the index of test templates before using any template on user talk pages to warn a user. Applying the best template available for your purpose may help reduce confusion from the message you are sending.
 • Please remember to substitute the template—use rather than Badfairuse.

Syntax:
