Jackson is tired of having a little sister that always needs him to drive her around. Jackson and Miley make a bet to see whether Miley can handle Mr. Dontzig's niece, Patty, for a whole day. But Jackson gave Patty ten dollars to keep her mouth shut for 2 minutes. Afterwards Miley is tired of having a little sister so she tells her to go to her house but Jackson doesn't want Miley to win the bet so he tells Patty to go to Make A Moose. In the end Miley does stuff Patty's Moose with too much stuffing. This stuffer didn't turn off, and so Miley wouldn't get in trouble for using the stuffer, she hid it behind her back when an employee came, the stuffer blew up her pants and she has to wear a moose costume. Jackson and Miley talk and then Jackson says that he wants to take Miley to the fashion show. In the end Miley walks the ramp as Hannah Montana but she had a problem with the zipper of the moose costume so she wears the dress on the moose costume and walks the ramp. Meanwhile, Robby Ray has a fever and Roxy is there to help him.

- This is the second time Miley has had to wear an animal costume. The first time she was in a chicken costume near the end of Oops! I Meddled Again.
