Brandy and Mr. Whiskers are getting ready to try the jungle’s biggest sport, Leaf Boarding, though Mr. Whiskers is reluctant to make the attempt because he is afraid of plants due to an incident that occurred in his youth. Brandy, on the other hand, is very certain that she will dominate the sport since she has skills snow boarding, but when she attempts to try the sport she utterly fails, sliding down the slope at a very fast speed and she plummets into the water. Mr. Whiskers, then concerned for his friend’s safety, grabs the leaf and rushes to Brandy’s rescue, though Lola Boa and Ed do not believe Mr. Whiskers will be successful, the manner in which he leaf boards is very remarkable and they consider him to be one of the best leaf boarders in the jungle. Mr. Whiskers manages to rescue Brandy and he prevents her from drowning, though she is upset and claims it was just a matter of luck that Mr. Whiskers did better than she, though after many various attempts at trying to leaf board, Mr. Whiskers keeps getting better and Brandy just gets worse. Eventually, Mr. Whiskers is asked to join the Leaf Boarding competition, which proves the best leaf boarder in the Amazon. Mr. Whiskers joins, though Brandy also signs up because she feels that she definitely is the best and that she will prove it by winning the competition. Later that day, Brandy is putting up posts around her house that states she is the best so that she can help herself improve, but Mr. Whiskers proclaims that he doesn't think that will work, in which she disregards his comments and she goes for a walk. However, as soon as she gets outside she breaks into tears, realizing that she is the worst lead boarder in the Amazon. Gaspar comes up to her, acknowledging her predicament and he offers to help her out because he wishes to bet all of his antique wooden dolls on her in order to make a fortune. Brandy accepts and Gaspar begins to train her, but when Brandy continues to fail time and time again, Gaspar mentions there is one more thing he can do, in which Brandy requests he does that without thinking about what he was trying to say. At the Leaf Boarding competition, Brandy is upset because she believes Gaspar ditched her and gave up on her, but when Gaspar arrives he says he is a man of his word and he has the faith Brandy will win. However, when the contestants eventually start missing their runs, by either getting sick, getting lost, breaking their boards and so forth, Brandy realizes that Gaspar cheated. When Mr. Whiskers is called up for his turn, Brandy rushes to him to convince him not to go leaf boarding because she is afraid something bad will happen to him, but one of Gaspar’s henchmen appear, dressed up as a plant that Mr. Whiskers is afraid of, causing him to forfeit the competition. Brandy then expresses that Gaspar cheated and she herself forfeits the contest, causing the jungle denizens to be saddened because they wanted to enjoy the games. However, Brandy then decides that they can still hold the competition, she leads the other jungle denizens to help everyone get ready to leaf board again and the competition continues at it was expected, in which Mr. Whiskers wins. Brandy congratulates Mr. Whiskers and they share a fond moment, then the episode ends as Gaspar is in tears, handing out his antique wooden dolls to those who won the bets.
