Bad Animals Studio

Bad Animals Studio is a music and media recording studio on 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle. It was set up by Ann Wilson and Nancy Wilson (of Heart), and obviously named after their 1987 album Bad Animals. It has a highly acclaimed large studio, STUDIO X, for large band setups, and orchestras etc.

In 1999, Ann and Nancy sold their share in the studio, but it continues with its name, and success.

Bands/artists that have recorded in Bad Animals include: Pearl Jam, Nirvana, R.E.M., Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Mad Season, Heart, Deftones, BB King, Neil Young and Johnny Cash
