Someone (most likely you) casted recently a vote at meta in regards to ru-sib wiki on your behalf. Due to sockpuppetry, the votes need to be confirmed as being connected with the local accounts of users at their wikis (see announcement on top of the voting page). Could you please confirm here at your talk page (preferably in English) that the vote was indeed yours?
