The B4355 is a minor road in the United Kingdom running from its junction with the A44 in Kington, Herefordshire through Presteigne, Knighton and Beguildy to a junction with the A483 near Dolfor.

It runs mainly through Wales but partly through England. For much of its length it runs parallel to the English-Welsh border.

It has a length of 30.4 miles. Kington lies at 160 metres above sea level; Dolfor 312 metres.
