Brian Symons better known as B.J. Symons (born November 19, 1980 in Houston, Texas) is an American football quarterback. He currently holds the NCAA Division I-A record for most passing yards in a single season, with 5,833 in 2003, also in that year, he had 52 TD passes, which is third all-time. He was originally selected in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans out of Texas Tech University. He was most recently cut by the Chicago Bears of the NFL. As of 2007 BJ Symons is on the roster for the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League.
