B.A.T.M.A.N. is an abbreviation for Better Approach To Mobile Adhoc Networking. It is a routing protocol enhancing connections in mesh networks. It is intended to replace the OLSR protocol that is currently being used in many wireless mesh networks such as Freifunk in Germany.
