A rather remarkable stub - are you serious that in Norway a suburb has a capital?!?

[edit] suburb?

who said bærum was a suburb? bærum is a county of sorts. when you say suburb i imagine big flats/apartments. bærum has forests and houses. it's sort of like a rich, american suburb, only more diverce and less dencly populated. a lot of the people here does also work in bærum. there are suburbs in norway to, but they are closer to the city, and (i think) on the east side, not on the west. (which is the rich side :p)
