Aziz Ibrahim

Aziz Ibrahim is a British musician. He was born in Longsight, Manchester to Pakistani parents. He is best known for his work as guitarist with Simply Red, The Stone Roses mark II and their former vocalist Ian Brown who he reguarly performs with at his concerts. He is also a member of the H Band with Marillion's Steve Hogarth and is involved in the writing of the second H Band album. He has also worked with Asia.

Aziz has released his own album entitled From Lahore to Longsight, which he describes as being 'Asian Blues', the album title describes his family journey from Lahore to Longsight, Lahore being the 2nd city of Pakistan and Longsight being the 3rd .

Most notably, Aziz Ibrahim was the guitarist for the last ever Stone Roses performance at the 1996 Reading Festival.
