Ayse Osman was a fictional character in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. She was played by Mine Keylan.

Ayse only appeared once on screen, on 20 June 1985. She was a Turkish Cypriot sister of Ali Osman, and she came to care for his wife Sue after their baby, Hassan, died from cot death. She only spoke Turkish.
