Ayr Central

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ayr Central is a shopping park located in the town centre on a former brown field site on Kyle Street which was abandoned for fifteen years. The park cost £75 million, and opened on 13 March 2005, ahead of schedule when first Debenhams in Ayrshire opened it's doors. [[1]]

The park has a central square with fountain, including a kiosk and a 500 space underground car park, accessed by stairs into the centre, which has also gained fame since winning a prestige award in Scotland. [[2]]
