Aymaç

Aymaç (pronounced as "i-much") is a recreation area in Dereli district of Giresun Province located in eastern Black Sea Region of Turkey.

It is a location between Kümbet and Uzundere villages of Dereli. From Giresun it is reached via an asphalt road (52 km) starting in the east end of city centrum and going to Dereli and Kümbet in south direction. This recreation area, mainly used for relaxing, trekking and picnics is 42 hectars. It is also the ceremony and entertainment place for International High Plateau Festivities of Kümbet. Aymaç is characterized with its pastures and rich forest composes from oriental spruces (ladin in Turkish), (Picea orientalis).
