How come Ayesha a Persian name and a variant of Aisha, which is Arabic, at the same time. --Lanov 02:50, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

Also, linking to Persia (a region), is really ambiguous because this sentence is trying to make inferences about Persia and Arabic, a language. Besides, there are three (main) different types of language it could be meaning: Persian language, Middle Persian or Old Persian. Jayvdb 03:54, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

I heard it is spelled the same way as A'isha and has the same meaning, but that Arabs pronounce it different. --Striver 15:59, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
