Axel Kahn

Axel Kahn, born in 1944, is a French scientist and geneticist. He is the brother of the journalist Jean-François Kahn. Currently, he is a member of the French National Consultative Ethics Committee.

Kahn is known in France for his appearances in TV shows, which have got him many decorations and honors. As a civil servant, he was the head of the committee in charge of genetically modified crops for Europe. He was paid by the french company Rhone-Poulenc after having supported GMC culture in France.
