From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Axe Murder Boyz are an independent rap duo, formerly associated with the Insane Clown Posse and Juggalo culture.

The two members, Otis (James Garcia) and Bonez Dubb, started out locally in Denver, Colorado and then went on to win the Underground Psychos contest in 2005. Before signing with Psychopathic Records, they released an LP titled The Unforgiven Forest.[1]

insaneclownposse.com featured their first single, "Scream My Name," in March of 2006 followed by the singles "Still Alive" and "Old Girl". "Blood In Blood Out" was released on April 18, 2006 and was met with mixed reactions from fans. Some considered AMB to be a fresh new talent while others began to speak badly about AMB and refused to support them.

They recently concluded a guest spot on Blaze Ya Dead Homie's Tombstone Terror Tour with fellow Psychopathic Records Artist Boondox in the summer and fall of 2006. They also supported Twiztid on a national tour of the United States as well as Shaggy 2 Dope on his solo tour in early 2006.

In late 2006 speculation grew on the fact AMB had been dropped from Psychopathic. There where such things as the Hatchet Man logo was on there new cover then disappeared, also there merchandise page had been removed from the web store. In an internet radio broadcast in Jan of 2007, it was admitted that AMB is no longer with Psychopathic Records.

Not letting that stop them AMB has since launched there own website and online store were new and old merchandise spanning there career has once again been made available. In the above mentioned interveiw it was said by AMB that there will be 5 Major Artists that will appear on gods hand and despite all the negative press they have received they have also stated that gods will explain were they stand at psychopathic records and who stands with them. as of yet no release information has been released regarding the new record simply 2007 has been attached to the album. A tour was also announced with opening acts and underground favorites graveplott and intriznik also slated for 2007.

On February 3rd amb announced a new compliation album to be released in late march early April the album will feature tracks that were cut from both Blood In Blood Out and The Unforgivin Forest albums as well as a brand new track with known psychopathic records producer and employee DJ Clay as well as several tracks from other albums such as The Galaxy.
