Axcan Pharma TSX: AXP NASDAQ: AXCA is a Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec based leading specialty pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes a broad line of gastrointestinal (GI) products primarily in North America and Europe. A publicly-traded company, Axcan Pharma's common shares are listed on the NASDAQ National Market under the "AXCA" symbol and on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the "AXP" symbol.
