Avraham Fried born March 22, 1959 (full name: Avraham Shabsi HaCohen Friedman אברהם שבתי הכהן פרידמאן ) is a popular musical entertainer in the Orthodox Jewish community.
As a child, his extraordinary vocal talent was immediately noticed and he performed at various functions at a very young age.
Avraham is a Lubavitcher Hasid. His music includes traditional Chabad nigunim ("tunes") as well as songs of his own composition. He lives in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, near the Lubavitch world headquarters, but his musical career requires frequent travel. His style can be considered traditional, yet modern and entertaining. His music tends to integrate many styles of popular music, including pop, rock and jazz, with Jewish lyrics and themes.
His brother is the well known Hasidic lecturer Rabbi Manis Friedman.

He has been reported to say that post-release of that album he will release his third Yiddish album of songs by composer Yom Tov Ehrlich. as well as rumors on a shabbos songs album sung together with his family?? any comments would be appreciated
