Avonmouth railway station serves the suburb of Avonmouth in Bristol. This is the main terminus of the line; however, a few trains a day continue to St Andrews Road and Severn Beach

This station is 14 km (9 miles) west from Bristol Temple Meads on the Severn Beach Line. All trains serving it are operated and the station is managed by First Great Western.

In Avonmouth 4 stations in the past have served the suburb. They were Avonmouth, Avonmouth Dock, Avonmouth Docks and Royal Edward. Now only the Avonmouth Dock station remains [1]

[edit] Service

There is generally an hourly service eastbound to Bristol and westbound to Severn Beach with no service on Sundays.
