Avial NV is an airline based in Moscow, Russia. It operates charter passenger and cargo flights throughout Russia, the CIS and the Middle East.

The airline was established in 2000 from Avial Aircompany, which was set up on 21 March 1991 and began operations on 24 December 1992.
