Avenue 19 (office building) and Park Apartments (residential complex) - (Serbian Cyrillic: Авенија 19 / Avenija 19 | Парк апартмани / Park Apartmani) is a mixed project under construction in New Belgrade (Belgrade), Serbia. The two buildings will be linked by a pedestrian zone making it one project. The construction of the office building and the apartments are being financed by GTC International and EBRD.
Construction of the project began in March 2006 and will be complete by late 2007.

The object Park apartments will be a miniature town in the city, with apartments of different kinds, business garage on two levels, green central athrium, fitness center and other shops. "GTC International" pointed out that the complex will be of closed type with services of reception,24 hours a day security, and special attention will be brought to 10 luxurious penthouse apartments of up to 180 square meters in size, and roof gardens and terraces in the size of apartments. The residential Park Apartments will take up 20.000 square meters.
It will be one of the first residential “smart buildings" of western influence to be built in Belgrade

"Avenue 19" will be another “smart business building" for Belgrade as it will be equipped with telecommunication equipment of high technology. GTC and EBRD (investors of the project) have stated that the business building will be offering contents such as a restaurant, bar, warehouse, garage and parking lot with 233 parking places. The main architect and project manager of the object is Bozidar Putnikovic from "Slavija bureau", while the conductor of the project is the company "EC Harris International". The building is also being financed by Central Raiffeisen bank.

Part of the Block 19 project, catering to the virtually untapped, high-end segment of the residential real estate market, is proving a big success.
Phase A of this development is almost 70% sold out, and within only five days of becoming available, three of the Phase B apartments have found their future owners. Luxurious penthouse apartments are also a major draw, with half of them already sold out. The foundation is currently being laid, and construction is projected to be completed by the end of 2007.

The project is located in New Belgrade's Block 19A. Object Park apartments and Avenue 19 are placed between the streets of Milentije Popovic, Third boulevard and Vladimir Popovic.
