Have been on wikipedia since it quirky beginnings, but only in passing. I loved the project from day one.

I am interested in putting the reader first, with simple and accurate writing. I am firmly against all motivations to use wikpedia as a voting mechanism for search engines, which is why each external link should be thoroughly vetted for how useful it is for the reader.

Currently I am looking at simplifying technology articles in which I have expertise, as a developer of xml-lile technologies for more than 10 years (yes, before XML).

I want to clarify the distrinctions between terms and technologies, technical slang / jargon and real fact and function.
