This is a not-very-helpful development, considering the topic is under such heavy debate on Wikipedia_talk:Fair_use. Could someone explain why it was added? - Stick Fig 03:00, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Per Fair Use Criteria #1
I added in the same language found in Wikipedia:Fair use criteria that the replacement must adequately provide the same information. A fair use modelling photo of Bettie Page from the 1950s is not replaceable with one of her in her 80s. Postdlf 05:05, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

This template has been replaced with Template:AutoReplaceable fair use buildings and Template:AutoReplaceable fair use people.Geni 03:04, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
