A quick review of the article shows that the authors, although undoubtedly acting in good faith, relied heavily on negative articles written on the subject. For example it leaves one with the impresson that ATS is focused on people and only people - in fact it is extensively used for cargo. There is more balanced material on the web and elsewhere.
