The Autovía A-49 is a major highway in Andalucia, Spain. It connects Sevilla with the Portugal Boarder. It is also European route E-1.
It starts on the ring road of Sevilla and heads east with a spur south A-483 to Almonte, the Costa de la Luz and the Parque Nacional de Doňana. The road crosses the Rio Tinto and Rio Odiel north of Huelva. The road crosses the border 133km west of Sevilla on a bridge over the Rio Guadiana.
